Yesterday I was invited to talk on RTHK Radio 3 and share a little regarding my experience of working with teens in Hong Kong who are struggling with anxiety.
It was great to have a platform to talk about a subject that is so relevant for many of the young people I work with and promote further awareness of those seeking a psycho-education. Special thanks to those who commented during our live feed and shared their own experiences of anxiety. As I am constantly reminded by my therapeutic work with young people in HK, we have so much to learn from each other.
