This week is Mental Health Awareness Week!

Through the simple effort of showing compassion, we are all capable of contributing to the growing understanding of Mental Health.

Here are a few things you can do this week to get involved!

Hold an event:

This could be anything from a lunchtime wellbeing walk to a school fund raiser, the main point is to make it interactive and get as many people involved as possible!

Spread the word:

Talk to your friends, family or share on social media. Join in or even start your own discussions on what raising awareness of mental health means to you!

Share your story:

One of the most powerful methods of getting involved, by sharing your own story!

Talk to us about what surviving or thriving means to you.

Most importantly, be compassionate in your endeavours to educate, support and guide those around you.
